Tutorial on Cooking Tri Tip Two Ways!

So pleased to collaborate with Rob Reinhardt, another Canadian BBQ champion and friend, on smoking Tri-Tip two ways! In this video, I cook Tri Tip, also known as Santa Maria steak to medium rare and Rob cooks it like a brisket. Both are delicious options. Learn the differences in cooking methods to cook in your own home!

The seasoning I used on the tri-tip is the SmellaQue Kitchen Pantry Rub and if you want written instructions, a more formal Tri Tip Steak recipe can be found here.
