BBQ Peanut Sauce

A new flavor on some old favorites, a barbeque peanut sauce can do the trick. Great for salad rolls, salads, noodles or seasoning for a stir fry, this tangy and nutty combination is a crowd pleaser. For more savory flavor, add more soy sauce, for a sweeter nutty combination, add more peanut butter.
This week’s supper challenge is “Vietnamese,” after feeling inspired when making home made BBQ pulled pork Banh Mi, or as my friend called it, BanhBQ Mi! The requirement for this theme, was that SmellaCutie 2.1 would cook it. I love it when a 9 year old has to make his own dinner. I made this BBQ Peanut sauce as a condiment and it really topped off the salad rolls for dinner!
With a barbecue sauce base of Blues Hog Tennessee Red, this is a crowd pleaser condiment!
